Tasman Bay Orchards is growing and adding a Vineyard Supervisor to our Motueka operation.

Tasman Bay Orchards is a family-owned farming and horticulture business based in Motueka. Founded in 2021, we run 2 locations in Nelson and Tasman and employ a tight team that values doing the work well over scale.
About the role
You will lead a crew in the orchard, vineyard or on the tractor: assigning daily tasks, checking quality, keeping machinery maintained and reporting progress to the manager. You will look after crew safety and help train new starters each season.
What you will bring
Two plus years in horticulture, viticulture or arable farming with some crew leadership. GrowSafe and chemical handling certificates an asset. Comfortable operating and maintaining modern equipment. A calm, organised communicator who keeps a crew moving.

Required Qualifications
- Three plus years in New Zealand farming or horticulture
- Experience leading a small crew and training new starters
- Full driver licence; Class 2 or W endorsement an asset
- Strong pasture, stock or crop management knowledge
